I tested this side by side with my oximetry and it was consistently within 1-2 beats either way at all times! I was amazed!!!

Easy to use, especially as an athlete keeping track of early morning heart rates to determine workouts, time off, etc.

Awful. Did absolutely nothing. Apparently Im dead and flatlined.

Supposed to be easy to use. Kept my right index finger over camera and light for 2 mins and all it did was beep twice. Guess I died waiting for it to work.

I checked my HR with this against my radial pulse and it was the same! I recommend this app as a medical student.

Can not sense heart beat at all

I have found it takes the right touch to get an accurate reading. The ECG simulation is misleading since it is not reading your heart rhythm and it wont read my Hispanic friends fingers. ???? Re: skin pigmentation????

Coming from an EMT, this app was surprisingly accurate. I used it on my friends and coworkers and surprisingly it is within 5 beats per minute of the actual heart rate.

Can I give this 0 stars?!? Just got a new iPhone and downloaded this app. Once I opened it I couldnt get it to read my heart rate. Then my camera was missing. I am not impressed.

I have spent the last ten minutes trying to get it to work. Useless.

Not sure how accurate it is but u can gauge your heart rate while working out

It works fantastic. I love how it monitors until you decide to stop. Other apps turn off early. Great app!!!!

IOS 7.0.4 on iPhone 5s and doesnt work.

This app works great; there are no problems with it at all. I have atrial fibrillation and use this app to check my heart rate at least twice a day. It works every time. Your index finger must be clean and dry. I recommend this app to anyone who wants a quick and easy measure of their heart rate.

Could not get pulse reading in some cases in others manual palpating had to be used. This app was way off by more than 15 Bpm

App has a difficult time finding a signal regardless of the finger used and the different positions used. The lens is cleared and fingertips are clean but the app still can not find a clear signal. No customization available!
